RUN, dont just walk away from this place!! Management is absolutely terrible, they do not care about their tenants at all. We had a flea infestation on our first floor floor apartment for approximately 6 weeks. We don't have any dogs or cats, they showed up because all of our neighbors had pets and we had to pay the price. It took management 3 weeks to get a pest control service out to us and we had to spend money out of our own pocket to have the problem fixed. the outside stairs had a major dip at the bottom which would become filled with mud every time it rained. Our neighbor fell one time and they still wouldn't fix the problem. Instead they would take a few days to clean the spot even though it presented a huge risk to everyone in the building. I wish i could give them a zero star. Save your hard earned dollars and don't waste your time on this place. They will never care about their tenants.

The office administrators are rude and very unfriendly and to get anything repaired by maintenance is like pulling teeth. The complex has been bought several times over the last few years and they repaint and tear up the concrete which becomes an inconvenience.

I have lived here for 2 yrs u door has been kicked in 3 times and never once did the management team care to replace the door until I threatened to report them. The repairs they make to the doors that are falling apart inside my apt are repaired by screwing the plywood cover to thw hollow door frame because they are going to have to replace them when i move out so it makes sense that the doors be replaced only once so the patch job will have to work for me for now... The gate is useless, the service fees and rising rent rate every month is absolutely ridiculous. The pools SUCK, last summer the pools were opened for a grand total of 24 days out of 104 days of summer and with no notice or reopen estimate posted. We would walk to the pool to find it locked and empty and had to find someone to ask and just maybe they had a clue what was going on.. They have an OUTRAGEOUS pet fee/rent/deposit with breed restrictions yet u still see people with said breeds on the restricted list walking their dogs off leash. Now I am a HUGE pit bull advocate and had only had pit bulls in my lifetime, but the dogs they allow in this complex or more so just so over look are not dogs (as individuals not breed) that I would want in a community the dogs around here are Crazy mean! There also is no real area to walk ur dog..a patch of grass here and there is not enough.. The playground is a whole other disaster. It's unsafe and falling apart. And of course last but not least.. The gate to our gated community.... Its a huge laugh.. The gate openers work once in a blue moon the gate its self is always broken and the community is left open there is a key pad to page a single apartment but there is no way to actually receive a page from the gate.. So as a means to make us all feel safer the complex requested that GPPD patrol 4-6 times daily... ya because seeing a parol car in ur complex everytime u turn around is exactly what makes us feel safe.. Man I can't wait to get out of here.

Shit maintenance. A/C hardly works in this Texas weather. They came out 5 times this summer and "fixed" it, yet the next couple of days it's back to a hot apartment. In the middle of the night it stopped working and there is no emergency maintenance number, not that they would do a damn thing. Asthma and 100°F weather is deadly.

I recently moved to the area and read a lot of reviews and this was the only place that sounded OK. First off, it looks nice and "safe." I've lived here for a year already, the gates are ALWAYS broken!!!! We pay monthly for this and they are broken, people keep dropping off there stolen cars here or stealing stuff. Second, YES ITS TRUE they slowly raise your rent EVERY month, at first I thought people who wrote these reviews probably got evicted but ITS TRUE. They say your rents this much or a "locked in price" but every month it goes up and they keep adding on service changes. The Office Manager is useless!!! Also since the gates have been broken we have the neighborhood walking or driving in to use the pool and courts. Our apartment is falling apart because they just try to through everything together, don't let anyone in your house without you being there! The pricing is good, apartments are nice and as long as you spray for bugs you should be ok. Has a park close, if you don't mind them sending you stupid 75$ random charges, jacking your rent up and service charges every month, not being able to use the pool often because its overcrowded with neighborhood kids not good maintenance and not good office personnel this is the place for you...
