Awesome location! Nice, clean apartments, outdoor pool, fitness center, play equipment, basketball and tennis courts, dog run. Also, the quietest apartment i have yet to live in. Great Overall!

I have lived at Devonshire just shy of three years and overall my experience has not been negative. Maintenance does usually take a while to respond with no communication as to when they will actually show up. Mostly they do satisfactory work. The lights in my kitchen have been out for like a year because they didn't fix it the first time and I don't care enough to go through the hassle. The location for me was perfect. My factory is literally just down the road, having the highway so close is very convenient and for the most part it's a quiet/safe neighborhood.

This place has serious issues. To begin with, the management is awful. I have a neighbor who has two small dogs who bark all hours of the night. I've called and complained and nothing has been done. They just constantly bark. I have begun just calling the police because they are the only ones who will respond to a noise complaint. The apartments have bugs. Everywhere. I placed a work order two weeks ago and I had to call twice to have finally get an exterminator to come. The bugs are still here and there are even more now. I seriously have spiders and beetles just crawling around my apartment, it's disgusting. The gym is a joke. The equipment is usually ALWAYS down. It always stinks like BO and the equipment is very old and worn down. Maintenance techs take their sweet time responding to work orders. They claim to try to respond to work orders with 24 hours but I've had to call on 3 work orders because no one has contacted me after a week of no shows. They do complete the work satisfactory but getting someone here is a pain. My suggestion, cruise up and down canal street before you settle for this place because there are way better places. This place is disgusting. I am counting down the days until my lease is up.
