These people are leech's on society... they will rip you off and take every cent they can. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were very nice when they wanted my business, but as soon as i moved elsewhere they charge major fee's for everything. Just to get a rental history they charge $65. Terrible business.

This apartment complex was an excellent place to live even though the apartments are old. Our experience was ruined by the move out procedures. They hit us with so so many fees. They will tell you they are only charging you what they charge the contractors which may be true. However, they must make no effort in finding the lowest prices to do the work. Even if you submit a complete move in inspection you will still get charged ridiculous fees when you move out. We have lived in 4 different apartment complexes, are clean people, and have never been charged when we moved out excpet by Dominion Yorkshire Downs. BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT DECIDING TO MOVE IN HERE. Also, their corporate customer service is horrible as well. I sent an email attempting to refute my charges and never got a reply. I called UDR's district manager and left a voicemail. Did not receive a call back so I left a second voicemail and finally got a call back. There was no discussion they simply back up their rental offices. Good luck getting out of any fees with theses people.
