We stayed here less then 24 hrs. they claimed to have upgraded and remodeled but forgot to get rid of the roaches. Black mold in the shower, and the last owner smoked and it just reaked of smoke. the furnace hadn't never been changed since they built the place. It's just horrible and doesn't deserve no stars or rating. NO SECURITY and Security gates open to everyone to come and go as they wish. I would let my worse enemy stay in this dump. Yes new kitchen and ceiling fan and that's it.

Great place to live. Maintenance issues addressed in timely manner. Resident mgr, Carissa Turner, is always on top of things and very personable. Her staff is as well. I have lived here over (5)yrs. and wasn't sure how the new owners would prioritize improvements. I've been very impressed.

Change the name but still horrible service!!!
