READ this before you move in ! If you are concerned with safety, I would highly suggest reconsidering. Forest Hills consistently has the police called. This year, a woman murdered a police officer and then shot herself. I am not making this stuff up, please feel free to search this. If thats not a red flag, there is actual footage on you tube of this place being robbed. Just go to you tube and search “ aggravated robbery at the forest hills apartments" Take my word from a mother of two, I would never let my kids even walk out the door unsupervised. The property manager Rosa Escuadra is unnecessarily aggressive and rude. If you have family or loved ones take care of them by not living here.

I have been here July will make a year, from the start i was lied to. When i went and look at the apartment i was left to sit in the front waiting to be seen for at least 30 mins, i ask questions regarding roaches and i was told that there were no problems with them. I asked about the pet fee, no one could give me a straight answer regarding that either. I was told 400 dollar with no rent, but the website says a one-time fee of 250. The assistant manager is good but the manager is a B***h, I’m sorry to say it like that but it’s the truth and she has only been there two months i think. Once i moved in i found out there were ROACHES that took me three months to get rid of and i still see some from time to time. The hot water doesn’t work in the bathroom 1/2 the times, most of the maintenance men speak no English well at least they say and take forever to fix things. This has just been the worst experience of my life out of all the times that i rented back in Washington dc this has to be the worst. I hate to say it but if your not latino you wont get a fair shake. Im currently looking to move once my lease is up and will not be refering anyone. LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE IF YOUR LOOKING TO MOVE.

I live here they are making people come in the leasing office to make fake reviews about this apartments not only that if you don't have bed bugs you will the guy in the leasing office don't no what he is doing the women in there she is a bitch really bad roaches and they find ways to make you pay for stuff the cameras doesn't work the maintenance guys are lazy and they always stand in the circle talking

In a huge lawsuit over roaches and a wrongful eviction where they falsely signed my name and throw all my stuff away.
