The office staff seemed nice and friendly when we first moved in, but after being there a few months it seemed everyone just had a sour attitude towards you about everything. They're very rude half the time. I originally signed the lease with 1 other roommate, and after a few months we added 1 more roommate to the lease. After having the 3rd roommate on the lease for a couple months, his car has a nice, big orange sticker on it for parking without a permit. When we confronted the office about it and pointed out he had been on the lease for a couple months, they blamed us for not having a parking permit when it was their job to provide us with one. Also they 'require' everyone, residents and guests, to have a parking permit. Well my example there goes to also show just how often they check these permits, it took them two months to even do anything. I've seen several other cars parked everywhere with no permits too and get nothing done to their vehicles. Also parking is a complete nightmare. Good luck getting a parking spot near your apartment. I usually have to park way on the opposite ends of the parking lot when my apartment is in the middle. Also the walls are very thin. I can hear my neighbors quite often, it's very weird, and awkward. Also we had water damage in the kitchen, and when the maintenance guy came he just chipped away the paint from where it damaged it, and just kind of left it like that. They fixed the roof a few days after we told them about the leak, but the huge chipped paint area is still the same as it was when this happened back in February. Oh and also in the winter time, there was a lot of cold air leaking into the apartment. I could feel cold air even coming through the outlets sometimes. And one morning they hadn't put sand down on our steps yet and I literally slipped down a flight of stairs on the ice. Was not fun. Also we will randomly get previous tenant's mail, and when we bring it to the office to let them know about it and to forward their mail, it seems they don't do anything about it as we will still get this person's mail nonstop. It's very annoying. Only good things about this place are when the staff occasionally decides to be nice with you that day, and also the location is pretty cool too with how close it is to everything. I still would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone though. My roommates and I are counting down the days until we move out. Just a couple more weeks to go!

These are the worst apartments that I have EVER lived in. My 2 roommates and I should have caught on in the beginning, but obviously we did not. We first talked with the management team there about moving in on the 1st. We later came to realize that it would be easier for us to move on the 31st at night and asked if that would be okay. The manager told us that would not be a problem since one of us was a returning tenant. When we went to sign up for their website to be able to pay our rent online, we saw that there was a 1 day charge on there. We called and the management explained that we were there a day early so they had to charge us - Even though they told us they wouldn't. Well of course we complained and they did remove this charge. The first few months we had no other issues. We began to realize that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Our neighbors below us complained that we were too loud and that we walk up the stairs too loud-even though they have children that are screaming at all hours of the day. We received a paper from our apartments that the loudness would be noted in our file. These said tenants are also running a daycare out of their apartment, but has management done anything about that? NOPE! The people above us smoke weed and it makes our apartment smell terrible. The spot where tenants are SUPPOSED to put their dog poop in leaves this scent of dog poop when the wind blows- That's if the poop even makes it in the designated area. It's completely disgusting. I tried to pay my rent online this past month and it wasn't working. I called the manager and asked if she knew why or knew when the website would be up and running. She responded with "I don't pay my rent online so I don't know how that works. Please come in with a check." I was a little thrown back by that because I thought I was able to call with an issue and that they would be able to assist me. I was very wrong. One of my roommates inquired about a garage. He went in the office to pick up a package and asked if any were available and they stated that none were at the time, but that they would let him know if any became available. Next thing we know, we are being charged for a garage. Again, I called and spoke to the manager and she stated that my roommate wanted one so that's why we were charged. I began to tell her that there are 3 of us that live in my apartment and NONE of us went in to sign anything saying that it was okay to charge us for said garage. She said "Well we have one ready for you." I asked her to remove the fee as we would not like a garage and surprise surprise....The garage fee is still on there. I'm hoping they don't try to give us a late fee for it. The cherry on top of our Sundae was last night. My roommate has been ill the past two days, therefore his car has not moved. I get home last night and his car is not there, but he is. We called the so called "after hours help" and they told us that cars were towed due to snow, but they wouldn't tell us who towed it and told us that the maintenance manager was unwilling to speak with us. My roommate has a job that he needs to go to and is left sitting not knowing where his car is at. The worst part about them towing his car is that the spot it was in is still filled with snow that goes up to your knees. So it looks like there was no point in towing the car due to snow. I would never refer anyone to live at these apartments. The only good thing about them is that they are a very nice size, but everything else is terrible. I'm not sure what type of business they think they are running, but it is not a good one. Don't waste your money here.

This place is absolutely horrendous, first they upped our rent after one year. The next time their maintenance people wrote a snotty message to us when we wanted something done in our apartment. Numerous times we had bad backups with the sewer system and it got worse over time. Toilets would overflow and you can hear a pin drop in your neighbors apartment. Then upon move out, we talked to them about getting out early from the lease, just to say "Yes so for that month you only have to pay half of the rent". Upon that time, they told us then after already TAKING the money out, we had to pay the full rent for the month, only to be reimbursed come time for the other person to move in. That is also after they already have a deposit on the apartment. Utterly ridiculous, way over priced shenanigans. P.S. If you want cable, you have to pay an additional 50 on your rent, not on top of having to pay outrageous mediacom prices. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I have had the same experience. The apartments themselves are okay. They have a nice layout and i'm glad the apartments are dog friendly. However, the management is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. We recently had our apartment flooded due to neighbors upstairs- and the management was very slow and not at all helpful with the situation. We did not receive any deductions on rent or considerations for being inconvenienced of not having use of our living room/bathroom for the whole weekend. I am very disappointed and do NOT recommend these apartments to any future residents. THere is also limited parking which is awful in the winter time.

The management is great when you first move in, but once you move out they treat you like crap. You will get little to no deposit back - and part of that is things out of your control (that were broken/messed up before you moved in). The parking is ridiculous. There is never enough. They started handing out parking cards to help with that, but it was never enforced. People parked on sidewalks, in the grass, and in handicapped spots when they shouldn't. After 6 or 7 pm you can never find a parking spot. I also agree with Eh below, too many college kids hanging out in the parking lot screaming at 3 am all the time (I am also a college kid but the partying every other day in the parking lot gets annoying). Other than that, it is a nice place. But I would not recommend it considering you get utterly ripped off when you move out.
