I've lived here for years and it first it was great. However over the course of those years the property has become increasingly rundown notably to the point that I no longer enjoy living here made even worse by the fact that they tried to raise my rent over $200 only 4 days before I had to sign. I've rented my entire life and if I could give this place 0 stars I would the majority of the apartments have lived in Springfield however I would give a full 5 stars

Unless you live on the top floor be prepared for the worst living experience of your life they have installed absolutely no sound insulation around each apartment you can hear your neighbor is loud and clearly above and below and when complaints are made expect retaliation from the neighbors the office really doesn't do anything accept collect rent I will say that the maintenance team can and will fix anything that you need addressed

Nice place, lots of people living here seem kinda dangerous though

We have had no problems sence moving in. We love our place! Springfield is a pretty large town. People must not expect a small town atmosphere in a city of this size! We had to go through an extensive background check over 4-5 weeks wait before we where approved. Anyway we where finally approved. Don't know how the bad people got in?

Managment changes all the time and some are rude. Internet is HORRIBLE. Work out centers have a lot of equipment that are broken and have been for awhile. Also, huge silver fish problem. Go somewhere else.
