Terrible management. My experience was Awful. management was very nice and then the minute I You You will regret signing a lease once you move here. Yes, the amenities are nice but this place is refuel. The management was very friendly and accommodating when showing me the property and then as soon as I signed the lease became very hateful. Be sure to give a full 60 day notice if you do decide to move out even if your lease runs out because they require you to pay a pro-rated rate for each day you don't give a notice. They also sent me to collections for a bill I already paid and they cashed. Please, hede my warning. Ask around before you move here. Check out other reviews from other people. I wish I did. You will see people have a very similar experience.

Absolutely horrible place. Looks great from the outside but wait until you move in. The apartment was absolutely filthy when we fist moved in, we actually had to clean the whole apartment ourselves. After complaining to the front office, they did actually come out and replace the blinds and replace a couple of the broken drawers and turned on the water to the kitchen sink (obviously something that should have been done prior to moving in) The heating unit was making an awful racket outside and we filed a maintenance request to see what was wrong with it and they told us it was nothing. We got our first energy bill and it was $240, we went back and complained and after the second time looking, they told us a wire had been cut and it wasn't working properly but it should work fine now. After supposedly fixing the heating unit, my living room still won't heat up to 63 degrees even with the the thermostat turned to 75. Add to the fact that they have paper thin walls and you can actually enjoy your neighbors conversation from up above. The fact that my window seals have ice built up on the inside from this cold weather, should tell you how insulated this place really is. Ohhh the gates, I am not sure what is going on with the gates one day they work, the next day they dont. I lived here for over a month and then they decided to close the gates without prior notice or warning. Then after 5 cars parked at the front of the gate they decided they would send out an email letting everyone know. Word of advice.....this is usually done a week or so prior to closing the gates, not the day of. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else, maybe even a new apartment where the insulation would be up to code.

I lived there for a year, my roommates and I thought everyone was great until the day we signed our lease and moved in. The people in the office are not helpful. Our air conditioning did not work (in the middle of summer and it was 82 degrees in our apartment) for almost a month and we called MULTIPLE times for them to fix it. They'd send maintenance eventually and they would claim it was fixed and of course it was not. We finally had a lawyer get involved. Then with moving out we had drama, and paying rent sometimes they'd charge late fees because THEIR site was down and we couldn't pay on time. Just not a helpful environment. Sure our apartment was nice but hating the staff who is in charge is not something you want. If you ever speak to a woman named Lacey, you're just screwed. She is rude, sassy, and stuck up. Lady, you're a leasing agent...congrats, your job is to deal with your customers. I highly recommend not living here, way too expensive to deal with the attitudes of these people. We moved out, and I will never work with the company Pinnacle ever again.

My wife and I lived in this property from 2009-2011. The sales staff is very friendly. The manager, not so much.... My apartment had a stone covered exterior. On multiple occasions, stone fell from the exterior walls and damaged our vehicles. The insurance company took care of it quickly enough, but the manager of the community seemed unable to have the building repaired. I can only imagine what would happen if one of those stones hit someone from 3 floors up. On the last occurrence i went to speak to the manager. She said that she didn't understand that 'It is only happening to your apartment.' Made me feel a little like she was blaming me for her building shedding its stones. I spent the next 30 minutes picking up stone from several of the adjacent building and taking photos. I took a bucket of stone to her and said it was happening everywhere. She told me that I was being 'overly aggressive.' She would actually know what that meant had on of those stones hit me or a family member. Long story short... Take 20 minutes and look at the stones on the exterior, if you see some missing, they are probably still falling. I would not live there for fear of damage to life or property.

Lived there for 7 years. Best complex in Lexington. Worst management. Could train baboons to run it better. Every year management got worse. Get everything in writing and keep a copy of every receipt. If you are willing to put up with that, it's a nice place. Maintenance was always good. Once they have you on contract customer service is non-existant. 2.5 stars, would be 4.5 if fired everyone in management and brought in professionals.
