If you value your money, spend it elsewhere. Their apartments are overpriced, cheaply finished, and the walls are paper thin. We could always hear Katy Perry blasting, people walking upstairs, cello music and people's conversations. The ladies in the office were all smiles and very helpful when they showed us the apartment but once we signed and they had our money it was like we were a bother to them. Parking is always an issue after 5:30 PM. Worst of all, we got hit with a HUGE bill for damage to the apartment after move out which was absurd since the apartment was spotless and we took great care of it. Consider yourself warned, do NOT rent here.

Ghastly experience. Great beginning, lousy ending: I lived there for 18 months. Year one was ok, snow removal could be improved. Luckily the neighbors were great. Year two: horrilble ant infestation. Messed up my credit rating after living there without so much as a single late payment. Two complaints to those "nice" girls in the office about the ant problem = absolutely no action on management's part whatsoever. After one year the "management" forced me into a smaller, more expensive "renovated" unit. Parking is ridiculous. Privacy is non-existent. It is noisy, crowded and overpriced. After I moved into the "renovated" unit I had an issue with the NIcor bill. It seemed that the "nice management people" could not figure out how to pay THEIR Nicor bill. I got stuck with a $350 bill was not mine and I refused to pay. NICOR ended up sending me to collections and even getting my credit trashed could not get any action from these people. After I heard "We'll take care of it" regarding the Nicor bill, Nicor threatened to cut off the gas supply, then upper management managed to pay the Nicor bill with surpirsing speed, as it would have made for a constructive eviction. After having a delinquent NICOR account for 4 months, it took a huge toll on my credit rating. I've had to pay deposits for gas & electric service at my new place because of this. Would they make it right? Of course not. My fiance and I had to scramble to find a place to live just to get out of that mess. We broke the lease and are glad we did so. However, I've hired a lawyer. They refused to let us out of our lease even half a month early when they easily dupe people into renting there. They won't lose any money, but they most certainly will try to double-dip.
