Ill start off with maintenance takes a about a month to respond. Had a reserved carport parking spot which is 30$ extra a month and was waiting on new plates for my car that i had just bought from a private party so car was parked there, car was towed by lonestar towing which they have a contract with, damaged my car while towing to there yard all for expired plates. 188$ later and a 750$ body work and repaint out of pocket and i now have it back. A simple notice prior to towing would of prevented this because i could of showed them my loan paperwork. Was planning on renewing my lease with them but after this, i will not.
It was nice...affordable compared to other luxury apartments but it was a very bad experience just personally. Much of it was due to uncontrollable things. We had a horrible cricket infestation. It was so awful that we could hear them surrounding us in the vents at night and they even showed up in our light fixtures. It was utterly disgusting and all the staff could say was we had to ride it out until the season passed. The huge field next to it brought in scorpions and even snakes. The maintenance took a week or more to get to our work orders and the staff changed so regularly, it was difficult to keep up with them. They were usually very nice and professional though. My upstairs neighbors had no regard for time and were so inconsiderate and were so loud. They left trash outside their door overnight which didn't help the bug problem. Otherwise it was a clean property, nice looking and aside from our Neighbors it was pretty peaceful. If the crickets and bugs went away...I would suggest this place. If they still have problems...forget it. It makes for a horrible and miserable living environment...not just there, but having bugs is awful just in general.
Lived here for 3 years, and it has been a great experience. The staff is friendly, the maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely fashion, and the complex is always clean. It is a bit pricey, but that is really my only complaint. I would definitely recommend this place.
The staff is great, the location is even better. Surrounded by major shopping complexes, banks and great restaurant. Maintenance always does a great job. The price is cheaper than alot of other complexes and had more amenities that you can't put a price on. Ignoring this complex is just foolishness. Save money and time, come look at what they have to offer, you won't be disappointed.
The staff is very unprofessional and nosey. It is overpriced and there's a hostile enviornment. I recommend this place only for old people or people with no children because the staff will complain even for the volume of your TV. The sound travels through the walls like if you were in the same apartment. If you read other reviews you will see how people complain of the noise in gulf breeze apartments. You will randomly have the police knock on your door because of excesive noice, even when you are asleep and making no noise at all! My best advice is go rent a house because this apartments are expensive and charge extra fees for parking spaces, RC for gate access, paying your bill online, washer and dryer, pest control, and all kinds of stuff. Go have peace at a house and get your bucks worth.
