Judy in the office is amazing! and Phil Ed, and Erich are awesome maintenance guys! however the property manager is a idiot! the apartments all mold around the windows and they hold the resident responsible! which is bs! we had an apartment and my parents still have one and they are constantly battling the mold. not to mention stepping on carpet nails. and the carpet in our apartment was "brand new" but 3 days after we moved it it had huge black spots that when we moved out we were held accountable for. the other residents are inconsiderate and rude and the manager does nothing! i wouldn't rent here again!

The front office and maintenance staff of Hammock Oaks; Devon, Judy, Erich, Phil, and Ed, are professional but very resident friendly. I appreciate the fact that I am always greeted with a smile, and any requests I have are taken care of that same day and are done right the first time. I feel safe and stress free living here.
