This is the best apartment complex I've lived in ever. Now it's been many years since I lived in an apartment. We've owned our own home for about 6 years and had to move into the apartments here at Haverford since we had to move to Georgetown but didn't really have time to buy a house (baby coming, other things, complicated). While I was looking up the phone number to ask the office about planting some things, I thought I'd leave a review. The office staff truly seem to do everything they can to make this a nice place to live. The maintenance fellas are awesome and prompt. Everyone generally has a good attitude. The neighbors are usually pretty good but keep in mind... this is an apartment complex. So while we have one totally quiet neighbor on one side, we have several loud college kids on the other who seem to own 10 cars that they like to park in our spots (not assigned isn't usually a problem, but now...) On the other side of them is a real sweetheart that works hard and likes to commiserate with us on the college kids. :) But you know, the college kids aren't even that bad in the scope of things. The property is beautiful. Backed up against a creek and woods. I can hear the cows mooing from a nearby pasture when I open the door in the morning. Huge open green spaces. The back patio is big. We have a front porch, too. Nice little clubhouse and facilities. In our apartment there are some detractions. I don't know why people use carpet anymore when laminate is so much cheaper and less likely to stain but I don't run the place so I'm sure there's a reason. The layout of our place is kind of weird, but very roomy. The downstairs gets very drafty so we had to take some measures for that. But again, it's an apartment. It's not meant to be for eternity and I'd frankly rather deal with the tiny, itty bitty issues of a draft than druggies or trashy people. Or too much concrete. Or horrible, deceptive staff. We've been here for about 7-8 months and it's still great. Feels super safe. We are going to be here until our lease runs out, but even if we put off buying a house for another year and stay we're happy with that. It's a good place.

We really enjoyed staying at Haverford Place apartments. It was clean the neighbors were grate. Office staff are extremely responsive and helpful. Erin Summers is an awesome lady and her sense of urgency, professionalism, work ethic should be really appreciated. Maintenance people are nice and friendly and would ensure the building and your apartment are in the best condition possible. We are really sad to that we left them. If ever we get a chance to go back to Georgetown, we would definitely stay with them only. I really recommend this property.

Very nice apartments. Had an issue, but the very nice ladies in the office worked it out for me. Thanks! Very friendly staff. I do have to agree with the other post though, some of the people living here can be a bit of a pain, but that's any apartment place I guess. Most are nice though, I think I just got in the wrong building. LOL Parking is very limited in some of the buildings.

This place I live at is horrifying. The neighbors are rude and they are the big time judgers. You just know how they think of you by the way they look at you, and the way they treat you. They act as if they have all this money. If you want to be judged at for not even doing a single thing, then this is the place for you. I have never in my life have been treated so poorly by my neighbors before until I moved here. I cannot wait until my lease is up. I hate it here.
