The new management is very rude the women that is in charge is very unpleasant to deal with. I ask her if I could have a get together at the pool she interrupt it me very rude and told me no as I was looking at the pool there was 3 different birthday parties going on. The gates are always open there are 2 guys that are looking in to peoples windows and when we told the office what was going on they told us to call the police they can't do anything about it. May be if you kept the gates close like the last management did there would be no issues. People are always speeding in those apartments and management won't do anything about it. They are always messing up your bills. I have a dog I always picked up his poop but the office would always try to charge me for not picking the poop up and I always did. The apartments are loud and there is always something going on. Good luck with trying to tell the front office they don't care. The trash cans are always full and nasty there is mold in the bathrooms management does not take care of it. You can also find mold in the kitchen and the bedrooms. They make sure you do not get your deposit back. There is only one super nice women in the front office. Other then that this is not a safe place to bring your family. Be careful when crossing the parking lot!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE.. I WOULD GIVE IT LESS THAN ONE STAR IF I COULD.. this place USED to be awesome until they got taken over by new management and they are super money hungry. They ripped me off and refuse to give me back my $100 deposit after I was a loyal resident for 6 years and moved into a house. They jerked me around for 3 months saying I would have my deposit in 6 weeks, and than finally told me that would not refund it because their ledger doesn't show "deposit". I asked the manager how many residents live there w/out a deposit and she admitted none. So they just want to rip everyone off and keep the money. They also charge $50 for a piece of trash in your patio. They painted the walls and than increased rent by $200 a month. This place is NOT worth it. You would be better off living in the streets.

This place is under new management. Management staff are great and very professional. Work orders get done immediately. The apartments are great. Its a gated community so its safe. Great discounts and deposit is not high at all. They include washer and dryer which its a big plus. Pets are welcomed and its a very friendly environment. Free cable. Future free WiFi (can't wait). They are renovating everything. Pool is big and picnic areas are a plus. Its worth the money. Police patrol the area constantly so we can keep peace in mind. Mall, Wall Mart, Clubs, Bars, and etc... nearby. (Walking distance)... management is constantly making this place look better and better. Staff are available every day of the week. Great living experience....

this place is awful, iv lived here since 2010, and there is always a problem. last management was rude and did not care, the new management does not not how to process a check. they keep telling me my rent is late and im paying it 5 days BEFORE it is due. they are reduing the property but when it comes to repairs dont even ask, i waited # weeks to get my front door fixed it would not even lock. we did have a problem with the water it was out for 2 weeks and our washer were out for 3 weeks. if you even think about moving in here talk to the residence bfore you do.

I fine Indian Spring Apt,really nice, sure there are some problems but there very high standard , I love Indain Spring, if you want low class living buy a home!!!! Thanks to the Managment
