My daughter, son-in-law and my grandson just moved there. From the beginning they've had nothing but problems. Me being a property manager for 15 years of course I have some serious issues of how management and the leasing agent handled showing the unit, they gave my children the run around with moving in; they were told one thing, that changed and we had to talk to multiple people in efforts to get things straightened out. My daughter took pictures of the trash in the hallway down from their unit and I told her that she needed to call the health department on management. How is it possible that the trash chute could be that full that the garbage has stacked up against the wall in the hallway! The management team are not professional at all and they have the worst people and communication skills I've ever seen. When she called to report the issue to management, the property manager was rude, gave the impression that she just really did not care and as if she wasn't aware of how to address and solve the trash issue. The maintenance staff is scary and they have a bad habit of smoking in the units and leaving their cigarette mess behind! I know for certain that we're going to stay on top of things in efforts to help make positive changes. Why should people pay rent to live in a dump! Just because the majority of the tenants are young and young couples doesn't mean that they do not have the right to live in a nice, clean, trouble free building. We will become best friends with the Health Department, Department of Buildings, Alderman, whomever we need to in efforts to get it right!

I have been renting for over 15 years. This was by far my worst experience ever. Choose anywhere else to live!

Not bad there horrible..the maintence dont do anything the kids run wild and there parents work for lake shore3 so theres no one to tell ...they bug u about as soon as its due not even a day later DONT MOVE HERE

I have lived here for a month and half now. I absolutely HATE IT! We were here for exactly 2 weeks and our car was already vandalized. My window was smashed and ignition was popped. When I called the apartment manager they had nothing to say. Not even a sorry that happened. I still have not received a call from their so-called "security" since the night that I called. This is not a safe living environment and I do NOT recommend anyone rent from this place until they get their stuff under control. They do background checks, but obviously it does not work if they let anyone live here that is NOT on the lease in question. All they want is their MONEY!!!!! And do not care who they are getting it from.... BTW for the person who posted below me I pay my rent and currently unfortunately still live here. So it is not just sour grapes because I was evicted! This place is horrible.
