Parking is terrible. Management is not willing to do anything to make your stay better. I even requested to move to a different apartment that had better parking but they wanted me to pay penalty, forfeit my deposit, and pay a application fee to sign a new lease with the same property! All I can say is I can't wait til Nov to give them this roach motel back! Smh!

I moved NOLA to start new job. I rented 1 bed room apt at this Place..... The good thing ... the apt is good. The bad things are they charge additional 100$ on your 1st month rental fee ... the reason was apt cleaning fee which is not fair. The other charges is laundry card . The site laundry machines operat using card so u have to buy 20$ worth card with 25$ and u pay 5$ extract to use this laundry card . The amazing thing is no body say nothing about these hidden fee in advance so if you are looking apt at this location then be aware for these hidden fees .

I did live there for 6month's and the I moved to FL it wasn't expensive it was just because my family bought a house in largo FL then after FL we moved to Indiana ........

No parking available in this apartments. Suks.
