I have been here going on two years. I hate my patio and the view. For some reason in front of only my apartment is some sort of ugly weed ground cover that draw bugs and snakes to my patio which is always covered in birdseed thanks to the woman above me. Not the best view. Also the ac does not work in my bedroom and when I sent a work order I was told that it never has and I could hire my own repairman. The pool did not open till almost july and was closed at least two days each week.

I used to live in a 558 sq ft apartment. It was my first apartment and I paid 640. When I look back at how much that apartmen was and what I see everyday now at Laurel Springs, I just cant believe it. 933 sq ft. The size is huge for what you pay for. And I think the new management is a little better. I just pay my rent and keep it moving. The maintanence guys are reall friendly and they are good at what they do. I have called them and gotten my workorders completed in a short time. Overall, its a good place for the price. Spacious and quiet.

I have been in this apartment for almost two years and I really like the apartment; but the the service has gotten extremely poor. In fact, the service has gone from bad to worse. We have humongous floods in some of the ground level apartments because they try to save money as oppose to cleaning and replacing air ducts in the air conditioning units. I understand that these things are very old. It is very difficult to get repairs made in the apartment.
