I love my apartment and the office staff! They are very helpful and friendly. Whenever I have a maintenance request they are quick to respond often times within hours of my request. I enjoy living here and have no plans of moving anytime soon. If you are looking for a stylish, luxury, and affordable community with a great staff this is the place!

Great place to live! Highly recommend. The office staff is very helpful, Shayla is the best! Very nice appliances, workout area is good enough to not join another gym. Walls are thick and we have never heard our neighbors. Safe building. We have had very few things that need maintenance, and if we did they would fix it quickly.

For those looking to rent a very nice place, with an incredible staff (Management and Maintenance), for quick response and amazing communication, the Link is it!! Very convenient to downtown and major highways, priced well, nicely furnished (granite counters, stainless steel appliances, large wrap around kitchen, nicely sized bathrooms and bedrooms) and I cannot speak enough for the Staff. I have probably rented a minimum of 10 apartments across the last 15+ years and would put Link in my top 2, if not the best!! Being employed in an industry that I work with Management Companies on a daily basis, it is amazing the difference and experience you have when the Staff really does care and take a general interest in what they do. It shows at each and every moment and I hope this crew realizes how much they are appreciated. From the ladies in the office to the gents on our maintenance team, each and everyone of them go over and beyond to make your experience as welcome and delightful as possible. If you're looking for a new apartment and haven't checked this place out yet, I strongly recommend you do.

Link Manchester Apartments has been great. My fiancé and I just moved and unfortunately my project has me working 2 hours away but the Link has made her feel at home and safe. I have been extremely impressed at how well the management offers to assist and genuinely cares for their residents well being. They go above and beyond for all requests with packages, mail, general questions; anything to help you make their home your home!!

I stumbled across this apartment community, and have loved living here! The staff are wonderful and the rooms are very spacious and cozy. I don't plan on moving any time soon!!
