Sean Delizo: One of the best bike shops in the area. Not only is this a great place to pick up parts and get your bike serviced for a reasonable price, it's also an amazing community resource to learn more about the cycling community in Oakland. Owned by a couple really looking to make a difference in their community, Manifest Bicycles is not another one of your "pretentious" bike shops. Manifesto truly cares about those they serve and educate those who come into their shop.
