This Historic, three story building with keyed entrance and elevator is located downtown in the heart of Anchorage. It offers full congregated cooking facilities, community lounges (with cable TV), and washer/dryer faciliies on each floor. Reduced cable rates are available to residents who prefer TV watching in the privacy of their own rooms. Each unit is accessible to persons who may experience a disability.
