Horrible damn apartments. Staff are all assholes. They evict you in one week if your late on a payment...i say dont ever waste your time living here. You be better off living in a box. They have a an infestation of fleas and roaches. The AC never works right. The lights always goes out as well as the fridge. The place is just disgusting. This I literally the worst apartment complex you will find in Dallas. They refuse to up date their reserved parking sign so it is unclear where the residents can and can't park . As a result they allow tow companies to take your car and charge you to get your car back and they won't do anything to update the parking sign or help get your car back. Ps the complex is infused with pest . I've stayed in two different apartments at this complex and both were disgusting.

This place is a dump, only stay there if you have too. You pay more than it's worth. Cockroaches are horrible, the grounds are not maintained. The staff has a "I don't care about my job" attitude.
