Management at this place doesn't take care of things. Over Priced for what you get. Wouldn't recommend renting here. More move outs then move ins You would be better off at a hotel

Pretty nice except for Linda Hartley, the Landlord. The building itself is well-maintained, relatively quiet, and the location is hard to beat. The maintenance staff is very helpful and courteous and the facilities are (pretty much) up to date. Again, the only MAJOR deficiency I have found is Linda....who is deceitful and a huge pain to deal with. She will quote a price for a specific size suite, and then put you in a much smaller one for the same, already overpriced quote. I wouldn't recommend this place solely based on my experience with her.
