Great location and reasonable price. Also some of the best customer service I've experienced. They helped me out of a bind when I hadn't received my first paycheck of a new job. Matthew was especially helpful. Very grateful that they cut me a break!

I really enjoyed the natural surroundings, the pool area, and the staff are helpful; I've had nothing but good experiences in dealing with the front office. The grounds were well tended and the dog park was a great place to socialize with neighbors who are actually friendly. The close proximity to the Green Belt is a great perk, as well. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who enjoys being outdoors.

If you like paying top dollar for having your home (including your bedroom) constantly entered by strangers, having the privilege of dealing with rude staff, not being able to remember the name of your complex because it keeps changing, walking on improperly installed carpet with rusty nails poking out at the door thresholds, having no cabinet space for dishes/pans, not being allowed to know your own gate code, preparing your meals on improperly installed linoleum countertops with uneven surfaces, paying a mandatory $25 extra a month for an imaginary trash pick-up service, you will love this place!!!!! Lived here for a year, paid almost twice as much as the dump was worth. Beautiful part of the city, but location is ALL this place has going for it. Also, the new exterior painting was done with literal spray paint. Like, cans of it.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APTS * No hot water * RUDE MGMT * Moneygrab mandatory $25.50/month valet trash "convenience fee" IN ADDITION to the mandatory $10.50 municipal waste service fee. LOL, are you kidding me?!!! These apartments are expensive for what you will get- old interiors and lots of hidden fees. Upon move out, the staff will charge you a LOT for cleaning costs. They will charge you $200+ to clean the carpet!!! STAY AWAY....STAY FAR AWAY!!!
