I lived in the complex for over 8 years, and in the last 10 months I have had my apartment burglarized twice. It took me moving for the complex to repair the window, which was broken the first time, and poorly boarded up, then broken again. There is some documented damage that hasn't been fixed in over six years. They will increase your rate every time you renew your lease. When I first moved in, I paid less than $600 a month. I paid over $1,000 (with 6-month lease; $1,200 month-to-month) by the time I left. They also have a habit of writing up notices, and passing them out late, which can be a problem. Case in point, my bill went up one year, due to price increases with the water district, and they threatened to evict me within 48 hours because I was short the difference, even though they never notified me in advance of the increase. Never mind I always paid on time and early. They gave me the notice late, so I had less than 24-hours to attend to it once I got it, even though I was supposed to have 48-hours (per the letter). Then there is random people walking around all the time, kids screaming and yelling, loud fights, etc. If you want a quiet place to live where you can feel safe, this is not it.

This place is the worst place you could ever live. Apart from the poor management, never being able to get anything fixed, and the terrible living conditions they STEAL your money!!!! Many times in the 8 months i was living there I was charged for not being able to pay my rent because THEY were never in the office and took away the drop box outside. For days and days before rent was due I tried to get to someone at the office and there was never anyone there or any way to pay my rent. When I finally got ahold of someone after it was already too late and they said I could pay online but they were charging me an extra 100$ to pay online and if I didn't pay it I would be charged a late fee. When I moved in they showed me a great demo apartment and said I would be moving into one exactly the same with no damages and AFTER I signed my lease I found out that the unit they gave me was damaged everywhere!! Because they switched out management so many times they lost all my paperwork and then after I moved never even called to say I owe me anything and automatically turned me into a collection agency for money that I dont even owe them!! These people should be in JAIL!!!! NEVER RENT FROM THEM!!!

i have lived here 2 years and it just gets worse every day this is a horrible place to live i went 3 months with out being able to lock my front door after mine was kicked in the apartments are lazy the people can be anoying and this is just the worst place i have ever lived i rather live in the hood or the projects this place is nothing but scum and the landlord will do anything to make your life a living hell and p.s. there has already been 8 different managers since i have lived here so you do the math dont fix anything and wont help you in any way

This is horrible at best. The appliances are from the brady bunch era, the maintenance men take 3 days on an emergency and never show for a minor repair. I have been waiting 8months for them to repair my patio screen. The playground is a safety hazard. The pool was open for 1 week all summer and closed without notice and restrooms by the pool have not been cleaned in easily 5 yrs+. Don't drive by speed by these apts.
