When I went in and met the office staff the woman was super nice and the place did not seem that bad. Then I moved into my 1 bedroom apartment and realized it was a nightmare place to be. The neighbors were awful and fought constantly. I had trash thrown all over my patio by the people above me and mng never did anything ever thought I complained several times. Those same neighbors were evicted finally after cops came to the apartment after a fight broke out and someone was thrown off the balcony. I was infested with roaches for the first 2 months that I lived there and put so many calls into the office about the issue they finally investigated the neighbors to find the one above infested and the source. Work orders were not completed in a timely manor and most of the time I was told something had been fixed when in fact it was still broken and I would have to call again. My electric bill was astronomical for living in a 1 BDR that is not that large and my thermostat was always on 76 in the summer which is NOT that cool. Not happy at all

This place is horrible. I live in a two bedroom apartment and pay 870.00 for nothing. There was a rape that happened right outside my place and there was no knowledge of it happening, I had to here from a rude Security who racial profiled the person next to me. Management can put letters on your door about K9 Units will be on the property training. So they can get them to come on the property but they cant get the street lights fixed. It's super dark where I live that I have to ask my husband to meet me outside at 9 pm to help me bring the babies in. This place needs to be shut down

I live in one of the rowdiest buildings in the back. There is a lot of traffic going in and out of my building at all times of the day and night. Nothing has been done about it. Yes my rent was cheap. The water bill is too expensive. The maintenance department has taking months to repair things in my home. Maintenance shows up without no warning and no phone call. If I have a question for the rental office, the agents don't answer the phone. It has been a bad experience altogether. I would never refer anyone to move here. Furthermore, when changes are being made in management, tenants are not given a courtesy letter to inform them of how things are being handled.

Looking for a one bedroom apartment check out misty woods . The leasing agent was great. Love my kitchen and all my closets space. I am glad we are up stairs the people are a little loud downstairs. Not sure about the other lady with the dark hair in office we worked with the blonde hair person. Maintenance I am sure about we have not been here to long everything has been fine.
