Looking to move pretty soon out of our old apartment and into Mountain Ranch. And I'm very excited. Met with Allison and she was incredibly kind and knew exactly what she was talking about, answered every one of my questions without hesitation (I had a lot) had a smile on her the entire time. You could tell she took pride in what she does. LOVED the apartment she showed my partner and I. very well kept and spotless. All around great. I can't wait until May!

I absolutely love my apartment here. I have had great experiences with the management team, and they're very attentive to the property and grounds. It's really well kept up and you can tell they care about the experience they having living there. I met with Allison the assistant manager, she was great, and I'm sure the rest of the staff is awesome as well!

It is a little pricey (for the area), but that's to be expected since these are considered luxury apartments. It's not the best deal in town and it's not supposed to be. You're paying for the tranquil location in the middle of Fayetteville and the 800 sqft space for the smallest unit offered. I've never had any big problems living here. Some of the management personnel have occasionally been bad, but I've NEVER had any problems with Allison. She's awesome. She always makes sure that your concerns are met and she's not bad to look at either. If anything, her efforts are what make up for the mediocre management. I've lived here for two years and can say that most of what you read online is from disgruntled residents, who got pissed and decided to write reviews accordingly. If it was that bad, then no one would live here. The rent is high for the area, but the electricity bill is always great, even when I'm being a little irresponsible. This probably has to do with the newer construction and better insulation of the complex. A flat rate water bill makes sure you never have to worry about using too much water either. Overall, I love it here.

The staff has been super nice. Maintenance man showed up to check on leaky faucet, then fixed two other minor problems. Has great amenities. Best place around for the price. Very quiet where we are. Love it!
