You will always sleep with one eye open here or wake up wondering if the wheels are still on your car. Need to invest in some security cameras. Not to mention the hot water never works and when you call the office they give you the run around. Not to worry they will have endless excuses about why its broke not what they are doing the fix it. When you express anger about the way your being treated not to worry they will be sure to hang up on you.

Nice place to live if you enjoy cold showers Atleast once a week and having to call the office multiple times to get them to answer during business hours

2014 Lots of bugs, black mold, apartments stink, carpet is gross and poor management. Staff does not care about their residents. They do not enforce their own rules. What a JOKE. STAY AWAY.

I moved here from CA, and it looked like a nice place to live. It's really not. It's way too over priced for what you get. DirecTV was the only option for cable when I moved in 2 months ago, and we had to sign up through the apartment complex. They never told us it was a year contract and I read our lease and contract front to back and it never stated we were signed up for 12 months with DireTV. We were offered no discount that DirecTV offers for a 12 month contract. We recently switched to U-Verse (which will eventually be the only cable they offer) Northport offered no discounts for switching over. I have been very unhappy with the staff and their lack of information. I would not reccomend living here at all. Our apartment has had a huge bug problem also. I cannot wait to move out of here.

We moved in July 1, had cockroaches July 14, didnt seem too concerned with getting rid of the bugs. My son and I had to move in and out for 3 weeks so they could fix it. 8 weeks later we had to trun in our 30 day notice because the bugs are still there.
