The single worst apartment I have ever lived in. The apartment a/c is so bad it made my electric bill over 200 in the summer and that was at 76 degrees. The parking spot is half a mile from the apartment and doesn't have access to a sidewalk. The water is constantly being shut off. The carpet is so matted and old that it is falling apart when I vacuum it. The staff is totally incompetent and they will not resolve any issues. The maintenance people are half retarded and didn't even know how to level the fridge door so that it would shut properly nor have they been able to fix any of the other dozen things wrong with the apartment. Beware of this shit hole. I cant wait to get out of this place.

I will be posting a continuous review on my experience here. We moved in the 15th of august. Two days before hand the manager called me personally to ask if I can move in the 16th due to the fact they didn't have the apartment ready. Which wasn't a great first impression. I ended up moving in and the first thing I realized walking in was the creeky floor (im up stairs) dry wall on all of the light switches, backwards doorknob put into the bed room, the laundry door only opens half way due to the frigerator in the way. The maintenance team hasn't gone up here after asking the front desk to repair these problems a few times. Very frustrated.

Do NOT move here. This shit hole of an apartment complex is horrendous. The walls are thin enough to hear your neighbors three apartments down, the office employees are rude and could care less about your needs, the washer/dryer/dishwasher is the poorest quality you can get and they do not maintain the place in regards to dog shit, landscaping, and they only take care of the pool next to the office because that's what the people see when they take a tour of the place. And they will tow your vehicle FROM your ASSIGNED parking space without giving you any phone call, e-mail, a knock on the door or heads up whatsoever. The only reason why mine didn't get towed was because the tower they called was off that day and was nice enough, unlike the assholes that work here, to let me know that they called him to tow it simply because it was parked a little past the red line on the curb. The only way for your car to not pass the red line is if you have a tiny smart car or a beetle. So if you have a truck or an SUV or a larger sedan, good luck. Trust me, you're better off somewhere else. Moving out of here ASAP.

Only been living here for less than a month and I found out that the apartments have bedbugs! I was not allowed to look at the apartment before move in day because someone else was still living here. When I did move in, they were NOT visible which makes the paper we sign in the lease invalid. Bed bugs lay dormant up to 60 days and "come alive" again when they sense a human present. Even though there is no way I brought them into this apartment, the apartment complex is making ME pay for the treatment which is well over $400. Even more so, the apartment complex has not offered to let me stay in a vacant apartment until the elimination of the bed bugs is complete. Parking is a nightmare. If someone parks in your assigned spot anytime when the managers are not in their office, you can't do anything until the next day. And by the time you realize you have to park somewhere else, the open parking spots are all taken because there are so few. Security is a joke. The gates are ALWAYS broken and constantly open. Even then, the walls of the gates are so low that it's ridiculously easy for someone to jump them. Even past the bed bug problem, the managers at this apartment complex are very rude and think that they are better than everyone else. When we were looking at apartments, the managers here were asking so many questions about the other places we were looking at and saying things that were trashing other apartments, some in which I have friends living at. The accusations the managers here were saying were completely uncalled for and not anywhere near the truth. The managers here need to realize that we, the tenants, are their guests and that they want us to enjoy living here and recommend it to other people. So far, they have not given me one good reason to recommend this to ANYONE. Don't live here please.

I give them one star because I had a really bad experience for one year with the management and the Property itself. Management is a two face, maintenace is slow and their is no security. In the apartment I lived in, everything was broken, AC, dishwasher, and door handles. The fitness room has really old equipment not worth your time. The pool is always dirty and maintenance is rude too. They are NOT Luxury at all. DON'T MOVE IN!!
