I completely enjoyed the time here. the staff are amazing and the complex is always clean. I already recommended people to the place.

Loving this place: Two clean pools, convenient, on-premis, laundromats; friendly, knowledgeable & professional staff; convenient location and best rates I've seen in a long time. I'm telling ALL my friends to move here.

Worse place ever

The best feature is the wood tile in my apartment. But that's about where the good stuff ends. The pluming is all out of wack. I keep my apartment spotless but for some reason I have roaches! And mot just one or two. I counted 25 of those little basterds before I got to grossed out. The worst feature is there is absolutely NOWHERE TO PARK ever. There must be 5 cars to every apartment! And then they expect you to add $20 per month to reserve a covered parking space. When I rent an apartment I expect a guaranteed parking spot to go with it. Covered or not I don't care. I just don't want to have to spend 10 miutes looking for a place to park only to realize I have to park in the back of the complex and then spend another 10 minutes walking a half mile while carrying 7 bags of groceries! There solution to this is have tow truck drivers patrol our complex and towing off anyone who's parked without a parking sticker. But if you have to park in the guest parking in the back you are in violation. There's a towing sign that says "Guest Parking Only". Well I have to park there because I work odd hours. When I park there late at night I have to remove my parking sticker so I won't be towed! 2 Thumbs way down.

There are no words to describe these apts because THEY ARE THAT BAD! The reviews that you see on here are not made up. After 6 months of living here I came to this blog to warn you that if you're thinking on moving in these apts you will be in for some stressful and overrated six months twelve months of your life (whichever the case might be) I've been a resident of Pasadena for 10 yrs now and these are the worse apartments I've ever lived In. They expect for you to be on time with your rent they will be on time with their late notices but when somethings goes wrong with your unit they take their sweet time. The staff is incredibly rude and has no customer service experience whatsoever. If they do they sure don't show it. They seem to be in denial about the safety that goes on around here. I will suggest you go to the police station and ask how many of their patrols they have to send here one daily basis. They even have undercovers roaming the parking lot, so that goes to show the insecurity of this complex. When it's not gang fights, is domestic violence, burglary, break ins, you name it...we have it....
