one of the BEST apartment buildings I have ever lived in! The management and maitnence crew are very sweet, professional and understanding. For a large building they work very hard and do their best to keep it clean and make sure their residence are safe and happy. They put new cameras on the roof and had security up there this past 4th of july to cut down on over crowding and unauthorized traffic. it was a pleasant experience! the roof is also another attraction, you can see 1 Met, the arch and many other downtown buildings as well as several firework displays! for additional fees PBL offers a private company for internet and phone if you dont want to deal with the riff raff and bad service issues of outside providers like AT&T. laundry facilities on EVERY floor, new BLACK appliances and most apartments have amazing views! I never want to leave!
