I have lived at this apartment for about two years. Although the property looks nice and the amenities are plentiful, the apartments were poorly built. You can hear every footstep on the stairs, you hear conversations from outside in of your apartment bedroom. If your neighbor is watching their television or playing music at a minimum, you still can hear the music through your walls. Whatever your neighbors cook, please be prepared to smell it all night. The property allow animals but the maintenance men do not pick up animal feces, so be careful, you may just step in some poop! The property displays that the property is under video surveillance but a young lady was robbed in broad daylight and the robbers were not caught nor "seen" on the video surveillance. Why not? Because they apartments are not really under surveillance. And there have been several car break-ins and guess what, nothing was "seen" on the video surveillance footage. But we have received memos from the office stating how we as residents should not leave valuables in our cars to make someone want to break-in your personal property. And if you have issues, the new manager does not even respond to you at all. I guess she is above following up with her residents. So if you are thinking, wow they are nice and safe, I would suggest you think again.

This apartment complex has nice features, granite counter tops, etc. but it is poorly built. You can hear EVERYTHING that goes on around you (above, below, parking lot, just name it). Additionally, the staff (who are often friendly and helpful) have managed to promote it as "luxury apartments" but trash on the grounds can remain there for days before it's cleaned. Even safety here is questionable. Of the eight complexes I've stayed in, this is the worst. We will be leaving ASAP.

Had a pretty bad experience trying to lease an apartment. Staff contradicts each other, is rude and acts like they hate working there. Not typing in the whole experience but stay away people! Nobody cares to write a google review until they are totally pissed off or extremely happy. It takes a good amount of bull crap to scare away a new customer! (I ended up leasing in a newer community at lesser price for 5 minutes of extra drive, but in a more desired location - of course, well behaving staff too).

MAJOR PARKING ISSUES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Granted they have carports available, but there is always someone in the carport you are paying $25 monthly for!!!! I have had to walk from the front of the complex to the back way too many times now. I am a young girl who gets home from work late at night, it isnt safe! The manager has claimed to be working on it and still no such luck. If I could move out today I would. It is ridiculous that we pay rent every month and sometimes dont have any place for our vehicles. Also, they are VERY on top of towing from the curb, they tow at least 10 cars a night, resident or visitor. STAY AWAY if you want convenience because this is not the place to find it!
