The WORST apartment ever. Got lease for 6 months which is ending this Jan, but to me, everyday is like a monster house in this place. Not to forget, it's the house of cockroaches, and all the bugs you might wanna see. And, how can I forget the management. They act like crude bosses to the residents. They lack professionalism, and customer service. When we first moved in, our refrigerator handle was broken, and it took them about 3 weeks to fix it. Paint on tub started coming off after the first time I took shower. Made a request to the management to fix the paint of the tub back in first week of September, but still it's the same. Upon asking them, all they say is that they will fix it, but I do not know when that day will come. May be after we move out. The biggest LIARS definitely. The one who we dealt with, Mr. Gerado will try to convince anyone to get those trash apartments. The service manager is horrible. when we call him, all he does is hang up on you. There's a lady who will ask you to pay for maintenance unlike other apartment properties. To anyone, who's looking for a decent home, this place is a horrible option. PLEASE DON'T MAKE A MISTAKE BY CHOOSING THIS PLACE. There are way better places in the same area.

I wish there was a 0 star option. This is the most unorganized group of employees I've ever had to deal with. They add random unspecified fees, and even tried to tell me they never received my rent one month.. I sat in the office until they "found it". I've seen employees going in and out of other resident's apartments (where I'd often hear loud abusive yelling from late at night) and they could care less if your air conditioning or washer/dryer or anything is broken. The female employees have a lot of attitude which I didn't appreciate. Small children are always running in the street, and the parents don't even try to move them when a car comes. The stairs are full of trash stains, old gum, and bugs. Oh, and once a week it smells like the septic tanks ruptured. The inside of the apartments are nice and it's a great location but it's completely ruined by the poor management skills. Oh and the fire alarms don't work :)

If you have option never choose this community. 1. Whether it is AC or heat or any security alaram problem addressed only next day. I dont know what they call as EMERGENCY. 2. No greenary at all. 3. Frequent thefts 4. Following up.with fitness center problems from the next day i signed lease. No response at all simply neglect. You are never allowed to talk to manager as they are always busy.

Pay your rent on time and there wont be fees. If you miss your rent then you pay 10% additional in fees and if they need to file for eviction, you pay those fees also. Large middle eastern community of residents. Children are frequently running around and families gather outside all the time. The gym is not much, the treadmills do not work and the equipment is old/unmaintained. I lived here because it was the less expensive place in the perimeter and within walking distance from my job, but rent has gone up every single year and the apartment conditions have gotten worse. For the rates they charge now I you can probably find something better.

I moved here a year ago and I have read all the reviews. And all I have to say is that most of the problems I read are from the people just having bad days we all have bad days.Every time I put in a ticket I am told it will be taken care of and it gets done. this place is old but for the price and area it is in is good for me. I lived at the Jefferson across the street and there is the same issues. And for the middle eastern people they complain about in the reviews just remember they are people too.
