Fantastic apartments and a great location. The office staff were very courteous and always very helpful. Great place to live in.

For the most part my experiences at Post Ballantyne were positive. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, had lots of natural lighting. Parking was adequate and the facilities were well maintained. I did not have the opportunity to use the pool, however, there were plenty of people who did and they seemed happy. The gym facility was well maintained although the weight room had a persistent URINE ODOR, that was never addressed. Most of the tenants I met were friendly and considerate. A few were rude but given the number of North East transplants in the complex it was expected. The biggest problem with Post Ballantyne is the front office staff! During the initial tour the manager was extremely friendly and courteous. Once we signed the lease, however, she was anything but. Emails for simple requests went unacknowledged, let alone unanswered; even immediately after signing the lease. Correspondence was terse to the point of being rude. The few times I actually had to call the office, it was even worse. I actually got the impression they had something more important to do than answer my very simple questions. Based on what I saw, they weren't doing anything important. So if you can stomach the poor front office customer service after the deal is signed, Post Ballantyne might be for you. If not, look elsewhere; you can certain find cheaper apartments!

I've lived here for a year and a half, and I've loved it. No complaints! I have the nicest apartment compared to other friends that chose to live in other complexes because the rates were slightly cheaper. Finishes are nice. They keep up the landscaping quite nicely. All new equipment in the gym!
