Stayed here for almost 6 years and am very much in love with the community.Decided to review it as it deserved every star out there. During my stay, I've seen atleast 3 management change. I dont want to say they are extremely wonderful; I dont expect as well. But staffs are pleasing and gentle. They listen and help. Maintenance requests put are taken care immediately; if not the same day atleast the next day (with the exception of weekends). Apartments are fairly newer that other communities nearby. And they are well maintained. Somebody talked about White interiors; am not sure on which apartments they have tht.. the 3 I stayed have all been beige color paintings. And Appliances are all pretty new and updated. They have good gym; equipments are all in working condition and if any issue, would be taken care immediately. Never had water complaints, power outages, noise issues (depends on who ur neighbour is). There was one single episode of Break in (in 6 yrs). Comparatively that is pretty lower. Other nearby communities even reported chain snatching, muggings and break ins. For those who complain, all I would suggest is to go and stay at nearby communities. Get a real feel of every negatives that u have written and then stay in PS. U'll know the difference. I reduced a Star only coz, I would have preferred a Play area for kids.
I've lived here for about 6 months Pros: Quiet, Decent Gym, Safe, Plenty of parking (more on that later) Cons: Outdated apartments, ugly WHITE interiors (for the amount I'm paying in rent you guys could have splurged for beige), The "international travelers" are generally respectful but post needs to do a better job enforcing trash policies. They all seem to believe that there is a valet trash service and leave bags out in the breezeways. Speaking of breezeways, they desperately need to be cleaned. There's also a pretty bad pest problem. There is one "issue" that is absolutely driving me crazy though. Why on earth would you put a parking spot right in front of the stairs going into each building? My first thought was "how the hell am I going to move a mattress and dresser in between these two cars?" and now every single time I have a handful of groceries, a baby carrier, etc. I have to squeeze between cars and try not to scratch anyone's paint. This is a super easy fix, there is plenty of parking already so if you just block those spaces off I will change my review to 4-5 stars (depending on if you finally clean my breezeway) Overall, I've been happy with my stay here. Not blown away by any means, but as far as apartment life goes, this is a pretty safe bet.
Decent apartments, but TERRIBLE office staff and a problem with break-ins. Just because there is a secure gate, don't feel safe as people get through all the time. I had over $20k in electronics and jewelry stolen from my apartment and another apartment had electronics stolen on the same day. The Post Springs team said that is my problem and they have zero liability and to take it up with my insurance company. Not at all a customer friendly staff. Moved out and would never recommend to anyone.
