First I hadn't lived in apartment in over 15 years. The apartments are nice clean and well maintained. There have been ongoing problems with hot water and recently the maintenance schedule is not as prompt as it has been.I originally was pleasantly surprised while they are still probably as good as you get in Oak Cliff they are going down. Maintenance is not as responsive and while I used to not see people just hanging out that is swiftly changing. Im desperately looking for a house now

i actually live in these apartments. i guess you can say they are nice ... also when i came in july the pool wasnt open all summer ..
