My family has lived here for about a year now and for about 11 months we were prepared to move once the lease was up. We absolutely love the community and area but the building and apartment we lived in just didnt seem worth the amount we paid. We've had issues from the day we moved in that we got too busy and tired to keep putting maintenance requests in for. However, a new management company took over and they have been making some beautiful improvements to the community. I was very happy that the last maintenance request we placed was handled very promptly and resolved on the first visit. My husband fell in love with the changes made to the fitness center and Im excited about the facelift the exterior of the community is getting. Needless to say we decided to renew our lease because we loved the community and the changes that are being made. Still have some unresolved issues in our apartment but we'll get to it! For now this is home :)

I have been here for a year. I found the office very helpful as I tried to do things while moving long distance with a spouse still out of state. I havent had many issues but when I have I have found the office to be responsive. The other reviewer is right about the late rent, however, it is stated in the lease and I've rented at several places over the years and this is standard. I have been late twice and was told the same thing. Same with rental rates increasing-not happy about it but standard when renting to see an increase-mine was about 3%. Its not fancy but its nice enough, quiet and comfortable.

Its all true! These reviews are accurate. I have just moved here - about two months ago and I dont like it at all. I wish I would have read these reviews! Where do I start? - If you get here after 9pm, you wont find parking. - My car was scratched really bad by another tenants work truck- NO they didnt leave a note or anything! No assigned parking = musical chairs and double parked cars! - Pool is a tiny 3ft deep all around and the gym is two treadmills, woopee! - Tenants pass eachother like prison inmates, no hello or any response. -The first week I moved in, I saw a roach in my kitchen. Now, I have to constantly keep the kitchen OCD immaculate- no crumbs at all, sweeping everyday- so that they wont move in to my place from another apartment! ewwe gross.... I cant wait to move out of this place, and after reading the rest of these recent reviews I am now worried about my car and apartment getting broken into! Grrreat..... reafield problems = bugs, parking, security.
