We've lived here for almost a year, and we are definitely renewing our lease! The manager and staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help you. The maintenance staff are knowledgeable and are dispatched the same day. Our heater stopped working in mid-November, and three maintenance people came out to fix it (it was pretty cold!) the same day. They are also big on community events, and frequently host dinners, get-togethers, happy hours, tailgating parties, etc. The grounds are also well maintained! They're also dog-friendly. We won a raffle for a 3-day doggy day care. Again, they're really big on uniting the community and making you and your family feel welcome. I would highly recommend them. They're by far the best option in Ann Arbor--trust us, we looked for two months!

Parking situation is better since they started towing cars that don't have tags. Maintenance staff is responsive. Office staff is nice and helpful. Pool is nice. Price is high for 2Br 2BA but comparable to other similar apts in the area. Easy access to I-94. Heating and cooling can get expensive since the vents are right by the windows but no other real complaints. Our ceiling can get creaky (1st floor) but the maintenance staff is willing to drill floor boards every few months to cut down on the noise.

Signature Club Apartments has some of the most friendly, responsive, and helpful staff that I have ever experienced. I really enjoy living here because there is a real sense of community, but what really makes this apartment complex special is how the staff is so committed to excellence. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a well manicured, pet friendly, and beautiful place to live.

My husband, baby boy, and I just moved into Signature Club Apts. about 2 months ago. Overall my experience has been positive. The units are spacious especially when compared to the price/sq. foot when compared to the nearby complexes. The maintenance staff has also been quick to respond to any needs and always very courteous and helpful. The office staff has also always been kind, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. I also love that Briarwood mall, Whole Foods, Pier One, Panera Bread, etc. are within walking distance. My husband loves the 24 hr. access to the gym facilities. We live on the ground floor and I haven't had any problems with noise which was my biggest concern when moving into a 1st floor apt. We live in building 3061 and it is perfectly quiet. This apt. complex offers great amenities including free continental breakfast during the weekdays, free hot breakfast the 1st and 3rd Fri. of each month, reduced rates on Papa Johns pizza available for pickup at the clubhouse, a carport, and 24 hr. access to clubhouse/fire pit and gym. They also offer a trash pickup service everyday of the week so no hauling your trash down the stairs and trying to toss it into a huge dumpster...during the winter this is a huge plus! They do charge $25/month for the service and I agree that for people living on the 2nd/3rd floor this would be worth it but, in my opinion, it also would be better if the service was optional. We just had our first major snowstorms and they parking lots and driveway were plowed quickly and well. Prior to the snow, the grounds were also well maintained. We have beautiful rose bushes leading up to our apt. building. I haven't had any problems with the neighbors in fact the people in both adjacent apts. are really friendly and considerate. I really hope they stick around as neighbors can make or break a place. Overall, I think this is a great community to raise a family and would really recommend this complex.
