This place is absolutely horrible. I would never recommend anyone to live here. You think its a good deal because its so close to campus, but it is absolutely brutal living here. The staff and management are horrible and incompetent. The people they hire are the same ones throwing parties in the apartments.. They've lost my rent twice. When I first moved in on the move in date my apartment was not cleaned. The WiFi is absolutely horrid making it impossible to do homework or anything. I lived on the side facing court side and every morning at around 4am garbage trucks pick up dumpsters right outside my window. Trucks delivering from market of choice are constantly delivering and honking their horns. They Literally start deliveries at 4am and don't stop until night making it impossible to sleep. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. There are so many better places in Eugene to live.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! It has been the most frustrating and stressful experience of my college career. The incompetent staff will go out of their way to make your time here as unpleasant as possible. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

WARNING TO ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING MOVING INTO THE SKYBOX APARTMENTS: Unless you happen to like the sound of the bass at it’s maximum level from other apartments at all times during the weekday and weekend nights, or music from other apartments that is cranked up so loudly that it sounds like the musicians are in your bedroom and the singer is yelling in your ear, or the shouting from apartment to apartment via windows, and the mismanagement of the management to control these kinds of disturbances no matter how many times you file a serious noise complaint, DO NOT MOVE TO THE SKYBOX APARTMENTS. It will drive you up a wall in a matter of weeks, let alone a term. (I assume the same goes for the Courtside Apartments)
