Been here for almost 2 years. Any time we have friends over they say they love our apartment and just the general feel of the complex. Maintenance is quick to come when there's an issue, and if they say they'll be in during a certain time period to do something, they're there when they say they'll be. It's a bit pricey, but we have friends that live nearby in other, cheaper complexes and I think it's worth it here.

My family and I live in the Thornberry townhome and are satisfied. We love the community. As a matter of fact we are going to upgrade when our lease is up. The neighborhood is safe. Kids play w/o parental supervision. Love the gym and the pool. My oldest attends Keene Elementary. Love it there too. I am really pleased with our lives here.

The staff are rude and they expect the apartment to be in pristine condition when you leave even though you stay there for 3 years. There will be some wear and tear but to charge over 500 for minor wear & tear shows that they are a bunch of cheats. I am extremely disappointed with the staff's attitude. They are nice to when you 1st sign the lease but after that, they behave extremely rudely. Worst apartment experience ever.

It is a nice place but the people at the leasing office don't give a damn! Very rude...If I am reading this I would be like how many times would I ever go to the leasing office but it happens more than you think I does.
