I would NEVER recommend anyone to live is this horrible place. Their customer service is horrible along with maintenance. I have had so many bad experiences there are too many to explain. There is always trash all over as though you live in a trash yard. I had to call maintenance hotline almost every day just to make sure things were completed, and that still didn't work. How could I forget the parking lot has holes EVERYWHERE. If you want your car to stay in top condition don't and I repeat don't move here. Sometimes, I wonder what they do with the money they are making, because it sure isn't fixing things around there. When I moved out I received a bill for not cleaning the apartment when I left and knowing I made sure everything was clean prior to me leaving. THIS IS A PLACE I WOULDN'T RECOMMENDED MY DOG TO LIVE IN.

The property is very spacious. Rental Rates has increased but I hope is to improve the outside living area. Would like to see the pool open next summer. Upon moving here February 2012, the pools were included in the advertisement. But they didn't open. The Staff here are very friendly and helpful. As a parent, I really like how they are now providing entertainment for our kids every now and then. This is a very large community full of children. My neighbors are friendly and we look out for each other and our kids. I grew up on the saying..."It takes a village to raise a child". The New Jean will Prosper.

The floor plans are spacious and the rent rates are decent, but the community is awful, the maintenance are lazy and unreliable, the daily trash pick up has paused for the past few years, the parking lots are ENGULFED with pot holes, and the pools are always closed and never cleaned. The rent is affordable, but it isn't worth the disfavorings that it comes with.

It an okay place to stay/live. I've been here for 5 yrs really can't beat the rates for rent anywhere else. Since I've been here the teams has gotton little better...wish they can open the pools....since I been here got to go somewhere else shame I know...but the apts are very spacey and nice.....driving in here is horrible!!!!!!!!!
