I have been living here for a year now and I am extremely dissatisfied! The complex has changed management and have gone up on prices. The prices in no way represent the quality. FIRST the neighbors are loud and have guest that take up YOUR parking forcing you to park on the outer parking lot of your building, SECOND when you have an maintenance issue and tell the office, you have to at least remind them daily until the issue is solved and they NEVER answer the phones, THIRD the bug control out here is crap so don't bother requesting a service spray because they can't tell you a specific time they will be there. The staff leave tacky notes on your doors and stairways to notify you of "maintenance repairs" and the water is turned off every other week!!!!!!!! OVERALL, DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE PEACE, ORGANIZATION, AND GOOD LIVING; BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT FIND THAT HERE!
