I agree with the Oct 4 comment. They look nice on the outside. There is NEVER enough parking. I can hear my neighbors' water running EVERY time. I am glad I am moving out.

Management nickel and dime to death! Believe me you will be charged for everything...trash pick up, pet rent, key to work out, water and gas...Everything on the inside is the cheapest appliances, cheapest parts. They rent and cost are so high, you would think you were paying for a house, or a loft in downtown Dallas! Oh and the parking is terrible...and the water sprinklers spray the cars every night, so you can forget having a clean, spot free car! You would have to rent a garage for that....more money! Please take your money and put your deposit somewhere else.
