This was a nice place Except, that when we moved in they shattered the mirror in my daughters room and didn't clean up properly. Her and my son stepped on broken glass in the carpet for about a month. The place wasn't completely ready on our move in date as promised. The worst part is the management. Any problem you have, you must call a number to an off site location to transfer the message to management. (the most ridiculous system) So if I have a leaking pipe, lost key, etc., I have to call and wait a couple of hours before someone gets back to me, if I am lucky. The manager, Tiffany, is a real BITCH. I don't even know if bitch satisfies my interpretation of her. I call to get my last month situated because I was breaking my lease to move and she never gets back to me until the next week. By then I was frustrated and needed immediate help with my situation. I e mailed her, letting her know how unprofessional they were and she calls me back and starts bitching at me like if I am her boyfriend or some shit. She goes on and on about how she couldn't respond because of all these personal issues of hers but in a bitchy tone, like if it was my fault her life sucks. I recommend that people stay away from there and keep looking.

I've lived here for almost 2 years without any major problems. There was one tenant that didn't want to keep her dog on a leash, but she moved out (not sure if the apt made her move or not). I feel safe there. Neighbors are quiet and nice. Love the pool and courtyards. Apartment is a good size for me and my daughter. My only compliant is unless you pay for covered parking, it is sometimes hard to find a park space.

My Family and I have only lived here a year but during that year we have loved it. These ladies at the front office are great they are always happy to serve you in anything you need, the maintenance men are as sweet as can be always putting forth 110% of their efforts to fix any issues in the apartment and get the job done fast as well! My Family this year lost a loved one and the ladies at the front were so kind to personally deliver flowers and offer their help if we ever needed it this place is a great home for any family I highly recommend living here!! God Bless, Meagan Diaz

For the most part my experience has been positive. The neighborhood is quiet and I've had no issues with crime. I've had no issues with the apartment itself. Yes, it's a pricey community and they nickel and dime you to death, but I can even justify that. What drives me crazy however is the insane number of "inspections" that they feel compelled to perform. I'm a very private person and don't like strangers traipsing through my home but almost monthly there's a note on my door that they'll be coming in to do inspections. Shouldn't they have done all of this before I moved in? I haven't even been here a year. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my lease with them.

At first this apt seemed ok, but it has become a nuisance. Horrible and rude manager, not safe (woman with a sword attacked people, and large dogs that were loose tried to attack me), and more expensive than they are worth. Wouldn't recommend.
