Beautiful apartments...however the attitude of the people showing the apartments was appalling. Relocating with a great company locally and I really felt like they were doing us a huge favor by even showing anything to us. Couldn't get past the lack of courtesy. Rented at Weston lakeside because they actually wanted our business and treated us like actual customers.

We have lived here for over a year and a half and have absolutely loved our one bedroom townhouse (bottom floor)! The reason we moved to The Apartments at the Arboretum was because I wanted a upscale rental - I was tired of regular apartment living. I wanted hardwood floors, granite, and stainless steel appliances and this was the only place in the Triangle that we found that met our needs completely. We chose the bottom floor townhouse, because it is the only one that has hardwoods throughout the first floor, which is what we really wanted. We are in the process of buying a house and will definitely miss these apartments (especially the wonderful pool / grilling area that we have used SO much while living here ).

Nicest place in Cary !! Maintenance staff is super friendly and efficient!! Office has always been helpful... The outdoor cabana at the pool with wifi and a flat screen tv is always nice for a cookout!!

Looks can be deceiving. I was taking a tour of the pretty apartment complex and as we passed the pool, the management was shouting and threatening to call the police on three well-behaved visitors of one of the renters because their pool pass was supposedly only good for 2 visitors. I can only imagine the kind of backlash I would get for putting a thumbtack in the wall to hang my calendar. No thanks!!!

Simply put, this place is terrible to live at. If you're under the age of 85 don't even bother. On the surface it looks very well put together, high quality stuff, nice amenities... but a little further inspection reveals the management runs it more like a prison then a community. New rules have recently taken effect to make it even worse. Want to utilize the nice pool area to enjoy some time with friends? Residents are allowed only 2 guests at the pool, so no more friends out to grill at the pool! Management enforces this with an iron fist and makes no exceptions, so don't even think about rationalizing having 3 people with you. That's dangerous territory. Overall, this is a great place to live if you want to be treated like crap from a management company and employees who treat residents with no respect or understanding. Avoid at all costs.
