My husband and I lived here for nearly 3 years and ended up moving out because we bought a house. It is what you would expect of an apartment; you can hear everything your neighbors are doing or smell them smoking weed like we did, cheap work and small for the price, a nice pool, and poor management. Marvin in the office has been there since we moved in and was consistently helpful, he and the pool make this place worth the one star. When we broke our lease we had to pay 2 extra months of rent, supposedly voided our deposit, and were requested to pay an additional $100 for normal wear and tear and not thinking to clean the oven. We also waited for an hour to do our move-out walk through when we had to leave to make an appointment. We still don't know why they never showed up and they mailed us the additional $100 charge. Make sure to clean your oven upon move-out and wait for your walk through, no matter how long that make take.

I have lived in this complex for almost 3 years. I intended for our stay to be short term until I found a house; however, living in a house instead of living here didn't make sense for our family. Many of the neighbors are great. The area is secluded so the only way you hear any vehicles is if you're outside at 3AM in the morning in the back corner of the complex. Despite the quietness, the location is in the middle of anywhere you could want to go between Suwanee, Buford, and Lawrenceville. When thinking about a house, I wouldn't have the same sense of security I do living here. The employees and the neighbors keep an eye out for the neighborhood kids. Management keeps us aware should anything seem out of the ordinary. The entire staff has always been gracious, helpful, and understanding to any situation I approach them with. I believe they do a great job with balancing helping the residents & their needs while still operating within the parameters of a business. They also encourage a sense of community by hosting social events. I would be paying substantially more to live in a house that provided all the benefits I receive living here.

Management of this apartment complex Is very unprofessional, they are very rude! management is really nosy and they will send the maintenance guys inside of your apartment just to check for pets with out your permission. It was the worst mistake moving here. Also, the apartments suck and are ugly and small for the ridiculous rent price! General Manager has no people skills. In a simple misunderstanding she called me on the phone and in a harassing tone she yelled and belittled me instead of handling the matter professionally.

Here's reality folks. Apartment living is what it is. People walk loudly upstairs. Pets do their thing. Maintenance issues happen. And we're not paying top dollar here, so we don't expect perfection. Best thing to do is be as nice to your neighbors as possible. Be as nice to the management as possible. Trust me. It comes back to you. We have been able to speak with our neighbors about the issues. We've got bugs, but we live half underground on the lower level. It happens. I am happy with our apartment, even though there are some issues. I've come to realize that most apartments have issues. It's just the way it goes. If you want to go and pay $1500 a month someplace, maybe you'll have better luck. But for $1000 you get a decent place and a nice pool. I'm satisfied.

Staff can be very rude and unprofessional at times: lieing and hanging up in your face. Maintenance issues are not handled in a timely manner.
