Nothing but poor experiences. Electric bill was $300+. I heard there is no insulation in the walls(no sure). I've had to have almost 10 service orders in the 6 months here. The property manager is not nice what so ever. The DO NOT recycle. I could go on

Update: One of the 5 star reviews is made by the complex manager who is negative and disrespectful so the numbers are skewed. Pros: -Great location -Allows dogs -Not bad layout -Great maintenance man and leasing agent I received new carpet (but the office manager told me that since I had a dog she was hesitant to do so because she figured my dog would mess it up). Every utility is included except electric (please read the paragraph on electric costs). They have doggie cleanup stations that offer poop pick up bags...although many renters don't use them. Cons: -Awful electrical bills -Raising rates -Bad snow removal -Parking is AWFUL I lived here for a year and regret it. It first started when I went to sign my lease. They asked me when I'd like to move in. Because I was living with family I told them whenever was convenient for them. When I asked when I could actually see the apartment I was renting they wouldn't let me see it until I signed my lease. I did see the floor plan so although I was a little uneasy I signed anyway. I called the day before I was supposed to move in to see if I could get my keys because my moving truck was coming early in the morning, they said I couldn't move in until after 3 because they still had to finish carpeting. After I had let them decide when I moved in I thought this was a little unacceptable. Brenda in the main office is a doll and always on the ball to get back to you quick. Fred, the maintenance man is a big sweetheart and even introduced himself when I moved in (he also helped me with my big box spring). The manager of the apartments is mean and negative. It got to the point where I would wait until Brenda was back from a break or showing so I wouldn't have to work with the manager. My electric bill during the summer was around $50...not bad (I only turned on my A/C a couple times so it was a little hot). In the winter my bill was $250 one month!!! Yes it was a frigid cold winter but I had sealed all my windows with plastic and kept my apartment at 63!!! My little dog had to wear a sweater because I couldn't afford to keep my rent ($725 a month for a 1 bedroom) and the heat on. They left a flier on everyone's door saying if they gave the apartments a positive review, they'd be entered into a couple hundred gift card drawing...that's bribery and even then no one posted a positive review. 3 months before I was to renew or move out they repainted the parking lot. All renters received notes on their doors to move their cars out of the parking lot from 9-5 on a week day. I work unconventional hours so I had no where to park my car. They didn't offer to do half the complex one day and the other half the other day. After many didn't comply because there was no where to move the cars, another letter was left on our doors that was extremely rude saying that tickets would be written if cars weren't moved. I had to park my car at the Target parking lot and walk back to my apartment so I didn't receive a ticket! I lived in the far back building and there were 17 parking spots; 3 were handicap, 1 was in front of a fire hydrant. That means there are 13 spaces for the 18 apartments. If you did the math that means that there was no where to park. The real clincher was when I was about to renew I was informed (by letter attached to my door) that if I were to renew, my rent would be raised to another $20 dollars a month! After living there a year, being on time (or early EVERY month) with my payments, they increased my rent. Not logical seeing as how each time a person moves out, they have to repaint and update the apartment spending quite a bit more money then the extra $250 they'd get a year. My neighbors were always late on their payments (they left notes on their door in full view of everyone...which is a little degrading for my opinion) yet they still wanted to raise my rent.

We've been here for over 14 Months and it just seems to be getting worse and worse. If it wasn't for the assistant we'd be gone already, the head manager should not be working here (told us she might have to bill us for water because we wanted to swap in our 3 day old high efficiency washer/dryer in place of their ancient apt style washer/dryer) and has always been quite rude, again if it wasn't for the assistant we'd of moved already. First off the walls have no insulation whatsoever (confirmed on phone while talking to regional manager of company) and it's easy to tell, I can hear my upstairs neighbor using the toilet while my next door neighbors singing in the shower, and not only that the pipes clunk in the walls whenever anyone uses their water (in both our old upstairs apt and this downstairs apt it was the same). Both the windows and doors are terrible, we installed thermal curtains on our windows and still had a draft all winter long, furnace was only set to 62 and was still running 24/7. Finally after calling the regional manager they had a furnace technician come in and right in front of us and the maintenance guys told us the windows and doors were sh%t. They wouldn't fix it and we ended up with $450/mo electric bills for heat compared to only $150/mo last winter, and the electric company actually called us to apologize and confirmed after testing the lines it's something in the apartment (which I immediately spent the next 2 days testing all of our devices and none of them are drawing high amounts of electricity at all). They did finally give us the option of moving to another apartment and tried charging us $250 to do so. And now that we're on a downstairs apt we asked about bringing our gas grill in and they said we couldn't because it has to be stored 15ft away from the building and while in use (even though there are almost a dozen sitting in the porch ways of other apts in the area, and even 2 balconies that I can see CHARCOAL grills on, including the 2nd one right from the entrance which you can see from the main office. And now of all things, we come home tonight to see a letter on the door saying the arch from our wedding that we've had with us since day one of moving in here over a year ago, has to go because they don't consider it a decoration (which it was hand made by my grand mother so thanks for saying she doesn't do a very good job when myself and anyone else that looks at it thinks it's beautiful). So again, I would avoid this place if at all possible, and only come here as a last resort. But on a side note again I will mention, the assistant and the maintenance workers have always been very helpful and friendly and have worked quickly in fixing problems when they do arise (besides the windows leaking the insulating gas out which is out of their hands, and they can't fix without permission from above I'm sure...)

We recently moved to the area for a job relocation. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment on the 2nd floor (top). After living in nice homes for years the vaulted ceilings and open floor plan in the family/dining room help us feel more comfortable. Very small kitchen but appliances are nice. Washer & Dryer in closet are nice sized. They gave us new carpet and freshly painted walls in a nice neutral tan color (white doors and trim). And the best part is the quiet and privacy. I don't hear the neighbors when inside our apartment... wonderful unexpected surprise. Stairs up to our apartment are steep but "inside" with carpet and a private entrance. Not sure about security yet but at least two local police live here.. and the surrounding area is nice. Church and upscale dining and shopping. Close proximity to shopping, dining, toll road.. we love it so far.

I kept my heat no higher than 68 degrees and still found myself paying well over $400 dollars for electric during the winter.
