Great place to live. Moved into Hartland to start a business and a 2 bedroom townhome became available. I have been renting for 7 years and am absolutely amazed at the quality at Summit Lake. First I must say what a pleasure it is to work with the front desk staff. Kristin, Judy, Sharon are wonderful and go above and beyond. Secondly I have never moved into a place that was this clean and well kept. Great job to the maintence staff in preparing this place. I am very pleased here and recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I moved into summit lake shortly after I got back from Iraq. I have been living there for over a year before I got orders to deploy again. I gave summit lake my orders and a written statement i was told the lease was cancelled and I was all set after I moved out. After 2 weeks of activation I find out that summit lake did not cancell my lease and is continuing to bill me untill they find somone to move in the town house I was living in. Now instead of getting ready for a deployment I have to deal with this from JAPAN. I am completely discusted with the way summit lake is trying to take advantage of me while I am out of country training for my second deployment. Thank you summit lake for the unecessary stress that I have to deal with!
