I would give this apartment complex and NEGATIVE rating!!! The management is a joke, they don't care about any issues the tenants are having. I had an outlet blow a microwave, and pop for 6 months before they came and fixed it. This past winter I had a big water bubble come threw my room and they still have not fixed it called every week and it is oh first of spring, then this contractor never came it has been well over 6 months!!! The maintence people do not care about anything. My air sucks, my garbage disposable is so rusted it is leaking out the bottom, and the deck is MOLDY. This is the worse apartment I have ever been in when my lease is up I am out of here!!!!!

Things don't get fixed when you ask to us that's a serious problem really been two months just for a toilet seat holes in wall and writing I could go on just wished they would step up and fix thing

There is a very annoying ghetto woman living here that has had so many complaints and they STILL have not evicted her.. So I am very disappointed by this. Other than that I guess it is okay there. :/ :)

They don't take great good care and it takes a few time putting in a request to get things fixed if it even gets fixed at all

allow lg dogs! If U dislike PETS FIND ANOTHER PLACE! If U can't afford better, U R going 2B in Washington Hts. If U dislike the crime rate here, just try living there! Arbor's has it's problems, but we "residents" stick together & look out for eachother in my building. And NO, I am not staff. GET REAL PEOPLE!!
