2. On the 3rd week of November me and my neighbor Mr. Nesar from 402 came from do groceries at Wal-Mart late at night by accident the door of my apartment hit the wooden shopping cart we were using wile Mr. Nesar was holding my door to let me in with the cart. Mr Ali from 409 came out of his apartment and in an aggressive, temerarious and disrespectful way screamed at us that he was sleeping while waiving his hands at us, we told him sorry that was an accident that the door hit the cart, no matter with that Mr. Ali continue and finalized screaming at us in a very loud way and with full voice the word “FUCKKKK”. We step inside the apartment to prevent a situation with him. We are understandable people and took it that maybe he wasn’t on a good day. But we understand that this wasn’t the proper behavior of an employee. 3. For several months since I moved here with my Family on February is been a lot of loud music parties at Mr. Ali’s apartment. Sometimes you can here them singing, playing instruments and the stepping by them dancing, they are normal young people parties with loud music, voices alcohol and other amenities and I know because in one occasion at 1am in the morning Mr. Ali knocked our door to invite us, we thought that he did it because he want it to be friendly and he was kind of happy on alcohol as well so we did not mind, but this parties are very often at least 2 times a month and when they start to sing because is my understanding the have a musical group is kind of annoying because I live front door with him. We never complaint because we know he is a student and this is the only job he has and we have mad already our lives like to affect the life of this disrespectful young man.

I've lived here three months and love it. New, beautiful grounds, close to everything, no maintenance issues great staff. Quiet and has everything you need. I recommend it highly.

The property may look nice, but don't be fooled. Do not live here. The rent is expensive. The management is incompetent. They do not return phone calls. They never know the answer to the simplest of questions. Their office hours are inconvenient and are not staffed the entire time. The maintenance enters in your apartment way too frequently and on occasion without any warning.

The apartments appear nice, however, once you move in you will quickly find that they are VERY low quality. It sounds like the ceilings are made of tin foil and the doors to the hallway might as well not even be there. The hallways, by the way, are not even climate controlled. LERNER, the owner of the property, decided it was too expensive, so tenants are stuck with hot, muggy, dingy smelling (although nicely decorated) hallways. On top of that, the property management people are terrible. Patricia (property manager) is absolutely rude and totally unprofessional, they are constantly LOSING rent checks or mis-attributing them to other units then posting nasty letters, in view of your neighbors, right on your door. During lease signing, they are deceptive about fees and rent increases at end of lease. Trust me, there is nothing luxury about the Falls at Flint hill. Oh, and it is located in Fairfax, not Oakton. Try to get mail using Oakton and the Post Office drives in circles for days with your mail, just another lie from "The Falls" to make you think you are living in prestigious Oakton.
