I have lived here since March 2014, when it was still Mansions of Rockwall. Half of the staff changed after it was sold in May, but it is running smoothly, once the initial bumps were ironed out. Denise is amazing. She remembers every resident by name and apartment number and is more than happy to help if an issue arises. The remainder of the staff in the office seems a little aloof. I couldn't point them out to you, except for Angela, she is new and very nice. Maintenance is awesome. There are several guys, but Darnell seems to be on top of everything. They are very fast to respond and take care of everything. If they didn't leave you a note that they had been there, you wouldn't know. They do everything from big stuff to changing light bulbs and furnace filters. I have a very large upgraded one bedroom unit with real hardwood floors, stainless appliances, stone tile in wet areas, marble entry and whirlpool tub. My unit is over my own garage in the living area, but my bedroom is over a two car garage for a unit behind me on the ground floor. It can be a little noisy when they open the garage door, but it isn't bad. I like the layout because my bedroom backs to the next door units stairs, not another bedroom. My kitchen backs to another kitchen, so no problems with late/early cooking or cleaning. I rarely ever hear my neighbors. I have a very large balcony that faces west for beautiful sunset views. These units are very peaceful and well maintained. Most people here don't seem to stay long, as they are either on a corporate move or buying/building a new home. There are events at least once a month where they have brunches or dinners. It is a nice way to meet the neighbors. The property is very pet friendly. Lots of kitties and dogs. There is a free Starbucks coffee bar in the main foyer and a spa on the property, but it does cost extra (they rent the space). They do provide pretty much every service and offer discounts to residents. There is a terrific workout center with sauna and hot tub. The pool is seasonal and well attended. There is also a sand volleyball court. The biggest drawback is the guest parking. There really isn't any, but if you park your car in your garage, your guests can park in your driveway. Otherwise, there is guest parking at the front building, front and back and they can walk in. Nothing is very far away because everything is around a central park, so you can cut through instead of following the roads around. I signed a 15 month lease and plan to renew. It does cost more, but you get what you pay for. Rockwall is a lovely community with every amenity and without the Dallas traffic, but if you really must go to Dallas, I-30 is nearby as is the Bush Turnpike and the 635 is not far either. If you like the outlet mall in Terrell, Hwy 205 is a few blocks away and a straight drive in. The Rockwall schools are excellent.

I am disappointed so far. I read all the bad reviews and thought I would give is a try anyway. I have not even moved in and they are lying to me. I sat down with them and they gave me a price 3 bedroom and a 4 bedroom. I decided on the 3 bedroom because I did not want to pay the money for the extra room. After sitting down again with them they gave me an additional discount for signing 13 month lease. I came back the next day to sign the papers and charged me the same amount as they quoted me for the 4 bedroom and no discount for the13 month lease. Wow what a scam. I certainly will not recommend this place to anyone. Watch out they are sneaky.

Well this place is garbage. when your on hold which is nearly every time to the automated women describes the property as "nestled on the east bank of Lake Ray Hubbard", please, its sit in between a Costco and the highway right across from Rockwalls industrial district. The prices are ridiculous you talk 1150+ for a one bedroom. for some reason they think that Rockwall is a happening town you can pay the same in uptown. The parking is horrid dont plan on ever having people over. and the so called "amenities" spa, salon, gym, and tan you have to extra. oh they all have a garage sounds nice right? wrong the thing is so loud it will wake you out of an Ambein sleep hope your neighbors are early birds. They staff is nice but very misleading.

The apartments are very large. They are great about the dogs too. Most people pick up after themselves. All is great as long as you pay on time, if you are even 1 day late you are then put on the shit list and they don't treat you so good. Heaven forbid you are transferred before your contract ends as you will have to pay all of your contract no matter what. They say they will fill your apt but they don't bother as per other people I spoke to. Its a corporation and that's how they treat you. Parking is a disaster too. Don't bring your uhaul and expect to park it over night. There is no room and if you dare to leave it they will get you. If you are used to corporate apts with no parking you will like it. I think they are very inflexible

I can't give a rating I don't live there. But what I can say is I was looking to review the rental rates and I was quoted for a 2 bedroom 2 bath Pallata $1780!!! RIDICULOUS! They actually believe that people would be dumb enough to pay this rate based on their rental rate software and wanting convenience. Their website states $1 a square foot and it also indicates there are several inaccuracies of what was ACTUALLY available. UNACCEPTABLE. All of their residents should be UPSET with the property management and look into real estate gouging. Which CLEARLY this is.
