The apartment complex is nice, and so are the people around the complex. In the winter the windows leak so bad we had to cover all the windows to keep the place to temp. When confronted about this, there was aways some excuse as to why it's so cold. With the windows covered you could literally feel a breeze from the window areas, and when it rains hard my bedroom window leaked. Somebody came in and looked at it and said "yea several people had this issue" Nothing has been done about this. On top of other misc issues, once our lease ended we went month to month. Then one day we got a note on our door saying we can no longer live here, not evicted, we just have 30 days to leave. When confronted about this they refused to give a single reason as to why and stated "it's against our policy". They also became very hostile when we started asking if there was anything we did wrong or anything we could do. All of neighbors love us and there has never been a back rent situation. Now me and my family have 30 days to find a new place for reasons unknown to us. Would I live here again? Yes. I love this place, it's quite, nice people, and great neighborhood. Just be aware that they can kick you out for no reason and not even tell you why. Also, if you do have a bad neighbor and they receive 7 complaints in a week from everyone around them, just know they will just wait the full year of there lease to kick them. Even if they're driving reckless in the parking lot and climbing other people's balconies.
